Is a peaceful single-family community situated in Marstons Mills, Massachusetts. The development consists of six home sites. The lots have frontage on Ross Lane a 700 FT. "T" shape road that accesses onto Lumbert Mill Road. Ross Lane contains the qualities sought by Home Improvement Specialists of Cape Cod, Inc. and homebuyers. This is a 15 lot community in Abington, Ma..
